Minot, ND
The run we started this week took me someone where I had never been. Far northwest North Dakota, Minot to be exact. For those of you that haven't heard of the shale gas boom in the parts, it's like the gold or oil rush of years past in history. Minot and all points west are in a whirlwind of shale gas extraction with Williston, ND being the epicenter. Saturday I stopped in Williston the city hardest hit by the rush. Good fucking god. That's the only way to explain it. Now before I completely spin out of control here, I knew a little of the crazy shit that would be witnessed. Hos. It was so god damn ridiculous.
